Getting Started
Occupational therapy (OT) is a healthcare profession that helps people of all ages participate in the everyday activities — or 'occupations' — that matter to them, from getting dressed to returning to work, after injury, illness or developmental delay.
Anyone whose daily life has been affected by injury, illness, a developmental delay, ageing or workplace strain can benefit from OT — from a child struggling with handwriting to an adult recovering from a stroke.
No formal referral is required to book a session with us, though we're always happy to coordinate with your physician or other healthcare providers where relevant.
Home Visits
Yes — home and community-based therapy is central to how we work. We believe therapy is most effective when it happens in the environment where you actually live your life.
Get in touch with your location and we'll let you know how we can help — whether that's a home or community visit, or a virtual consultation.
Sessions
Most sessions run between 45 and 60 minutes, though this can vary depending on the type of assessment or intervention required.

We currently operate on a private-pay basis. We can provide official receipts and documentation that you may be able to submit to your insurer or HMO for reimbursement — please confirm your policy's terms in advance.
