Where we visit

Wherever you need us.

Homes, schools, workplaces and community settings, with virtual sessions when an in-person visit isn't practical.

What to expect

What a home session looks like.

Session length

Most home sessions run 45–60 minutes, depending on the type of visit.

Your space

We work within your existing environment, using everyday objects and routines to make therapy practical and relevant.

Preparing for your visit

What to have ready.

  • A quiet, reasonably clear space to work in (a living room, bedroom or study works well)
  • Any relevant medical records, discharge summaries or reports
  • A list of current medications, if applicable
  • Comfortable clothing that allows easy movement

After you book

What happens next.

  1. 1You'll receive a confirmation with your therapist's name and appointment window.
  2. 2A reminder is sent ahead of your session with any final preparation notes.
  3. 3Your therapist arrives, verifies your safety and comfort, and begins the session.
  4. 4A brief summary and next steps are shared with you after the visit.

Safety & comfort

Your comfort and safety come first.

All therapists carry verified identification and confirm appointment details before arrival.
Sessions are conducted with full respect for household privacy and comfort.
Clients are welcome to have a family member or caregiver present throughout the session.

A travel fee may apply depending on distance — see Fees & Payment or our Home Visit Policy.
