Preparing for a Home Visit
Please ensure a reasonably clear, comfortable space is available for your session, and that any pets are secured for the duration of the visit unless otherwise agreed.
Respect & Safety
Our therapists carry identification and will confirm your appointment ahead of arrival. We ask that all clients and household members treat our staff with courtesy and respect; any form of harassment or unsafe conduct will result in the immediate end of the session.
Travel Fees
A travel fee may apply depending on distance from our service base. This will always be communicated and agreed before your appointment is confirmed.
