Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Notice Period

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment, by email.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments, may be subject to a cancellation fee, as outlined on our Fees & Payment page.

Refunds

Deposits for cancelled sessions may be credited toward a future appointment at our discretion, in line with the notice given.
