While we are committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based care, therapy outcomes vary between individuals and no specific result can be guaranteed.

Fees & Payment

Fees are payable as outlined on our Fees & Payment page or as otherwise agreed in writing. Non-payment may result in the suspension of future appointments.

Limitation of Liability

True North is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
