4 min read

Start with your chair: feet flat on the floor, knees roughly level with your hips, and lower back supported.
Position your screen so the top sits at or just below eye level, roughly an arm's length away.
Keep elbows close to your body at around 90 degrees when typing, and your wrists in a neutral, unbent position.
Build in movement — a short standing or stretching break every 30–45 minutes makes a measurable difference over a working day.
